My mask arrived and I just had to try it. All I can say is “Wow!” hence the title. I can’t wait to use it for a longer period to really feel the benefits I’m sure will come. I watched Nicky’s video when she used the rose quartz one (which was out of stock when I went straight to purchase one so I chose Green Adventurine) I tested the mask briefly over 45mins ago and honestly…..I can STILL feel it on my eyes. Excited.
I have not meditated for decades and bought this to help clear my mind and help me concentrate. I have a long way to go but I definitely felt clear headed after wearing this mask for 20 minutes or so. I am looking forward to trying this on a regular basis as part of my routine. Beautiful product!
I got the crystal quartz mask I mainly chose it when spirit said it was good for hormones as I’m post menopause. mobility is a thing as well as a few issues so I just keep it in my bed all the time and intuitively put it on and just love it ❣️🙏💞
